Wild edible vegetables

Wild edible plants and vegetables were our ancestors' food during the ancient times to survive.
They discovered food growing in the wild or forest.
 
Wild edible vegetables grow naturally strong, pest-resistant, fertilizer free and naturally rich!
Usually they have thick fiber and some taste quite bitter.
 
Some wild edible vegetables still strive even to this day, and they are grow or grow abundantly at Toucheng Leisure Farm.
 
I give you some of the wild vegetables at the Farm's vegetable garden:

Wild edible vegetables has unique characteristics, for example purslane (photo below)
has sour taste.

Others are sticky, has bitter taste and rich in fiber.
 
Wild edible vegetables can save us economically with the rising cost of food, besides it free and
 grows 
around us abundantly. It can also add nutrition to our diet. Wild food can help treat various medical condition. (Ask  professional aid for safety use).
 
Most importantly we can save the earth by consuming more wild vegetables.
