Leafy vegetables grown at the Farm




Green leafy vegetables are very important part of our daily diet. They contain many plant nutrients
necessary for our health and well being. The are low in calorie, fat, high in protein, dietary fiber, Vitamin C, and many more.


Lettuce


An excellent source of Vitamin : and A, beta carotene, folate and iron.



Chinese leek
they  are used as flavorings or as substitute for garlic,
or chives, with the same nutritional content



Broccoli;

Also an excellent  source of Vitamin A and K and the dietary mineral manganese,



Sweet potato leaves:

Very rich in fibers and minerals.


 Carrots

Very rich in Vitamin A and K, and especially beta-carotene
