Birds and our environment

How do birds help the environment?

By scavenging waste, pollinate plants or help us clean the hills or gardens with snails, caterpillar etc, they are of great use to the environment.

Birds control the rodents' presence and insect pests to keep our ecosystem on the right tract.

Besides, they beautify our world with their unique colors and shapes. They provide us with countless hour of enjoyment with their melodious songs to wake us up at dawn or lull us to sleep at night.

We can mention hundreds of reasons how birds help our environment. Now, you and I has the duty to conserve them to protect our world.

The eco-friendly bamboo II

Bamboo grows at Toucheng Leisure Farm abundantly. It is one of the primary materials used at the FArm for decorations, DIY activities or even as food prepared in various dishes.

Here, we can show you how we make use of this environmentally friendly grass in the Farm:

Butterflies an environmental friend

Pollinating plants is very important in our environment and without the presence of butterflies it is not possible.

A butterfly picks up pollen on its feet and wings while gathering nectar, then transfer them to other flowers and plants - thus continuing the plants life cycle which many animals depend on for survival.

Butterflies are also a food source of many creatures like bats, snakes or birds.
