Butterflies an environmental friend

Pollinating plants is very important in our environment and without the presence of butterflies it is not possible.

A butterfly picks up pollen on its feet and wings while gathering nectar, then transfer them to other flowers and plants - thus continuing the plants life cycle which many animals depend on for survival.

Butterflies are also a food source of many creatures like bats, snakes or birds.

These are some of the butterflies seen at Toucheng Leisure Farm which decorate and gives meaning to the
rich environment of the place.
